• Return consignments without valid RMA number cannot be accepted and must unfortunately be returned carriage forward. Please indicate the RMA number on all documents.
• For return consignments, please exclusively use the original packaging. By using an unsuitable packaging, your warranty claim expires.
•  The sender is liable for transport damages.
• Please do not hesitate to contact our team Service Dental for any questions concerning the packaging.
•  Return consignments have to be sent carriage paid.
• We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of products sent carriage forward or to charge you the incurred costs.
• Testing is required in order to determine if the RMA is a warranty case.

• If the returned product has no errors – despite conscientious tests –  You will be responsible for a lump sum charge for testing and cleaning.
• If the repair is rejected after the submission of the cost estimate, vhf reserves the right to charge you a lump sum processing fee.
• Visual defects which are not indicated in the RMA inquiry will not be repaired.
• In order to prevent transport damages, the machine must be fixed on a pallet. Machines must not be stacked,  fix only one machine per pallet.
