Inquiry for Service, Repair or Warranty

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s) are required for all warranty, repair and service cases. Please follow the instructions below in order to submit a machine or part for warranty repair or service.

RMA Request Procedure

  • Previous to sending a part or machine to vhf Inc. for service, please contact us to discuss the details.
  • If the case requires service or repair, you will be asked to complete an RMA request form.
  • Read the RMA Terms and Conditions, then complete and submit the RMA Request Form.
  • Shortly after submission, you will receive instructions via email or phone call, on how to ship the product to vhf for service or warranty repair.
