Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You, the buyer are responsible for all shipping charges. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the invoice/receipt.
Exclusions:
- Products purchased from other sellers, including authorized resellers are not included in this policy and are subject only to the seller's terms and conditions.
- vhf Milling Machines are built to order and are non-refundable and subject only to the terms provided for that particular sale.
- Support Subscriptions and Training services are non-refundable.
Recurring Payments
If your purchase includes a subscription plan the plan will automatically renew until canceled. By making this purchase, you authorize regularly scheduled charges to your credit card. You will be charged the amount indicated in your order for each billing period specified. A receipt in the form of an invoice for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your credit card statement. You agree that no prior notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days before the payment is due. Subscriptions are non-refundable but, can be canceled anytime by logging in then by selecting: "My Account", "Subscriptions" then selecting "Cancel".

EXCEPT AS OTHER PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY VHF MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE COVERED PRODUCT VHF CAMFACTURE AG VHF DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN AND ALL REMIDYS WITCH, BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MAY ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY, NON- INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND ONLY VALID WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, ITS TERRITORIES AND CANADA.
COVERED PRODUCTS: All vhf dental milling machines including but not limited to the following machine models E3, E4, E5, N4+, K5+,S5, Z4, R5 and the wet option.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall vhf camfacture AG, its partners or subsidiaries be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
vhf camfacture AG warrants the Covered Product(s) to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 2 Years or 2000 running hours, whichever comes first. From the original resellers date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer and each successive buyer within the warranty period.
Within the period of this warranty, vhf camfacture AG or vhf Inc. will repair or replace at its own description, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized vhf camfacture AG technician, or at an authorized vhf camfacture AG reseller service facility.
Labor and part expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by vhf camfacture AG except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer:
- Shipment and or delivery to a vhf authorized repair center.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
- Machine “wear items” as described in the machine operating instructions.
- Cost of shipping and handling for the machine to and from a repair facility.
- Service calls to correct the installation of the Covered Product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
- Repairs necessitated by use other than the use recommended within the machine manual.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
- Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a vhf camfacture AG authorized service technician.
CHOICE OF LAW; VENUE; JURISDICTION
This Limited Warranty is governed, construed and enforced by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to conflict of law provisions or the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and shall benefit vhf Camfacture AG, its successors and assigns. Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Limited Warranty, or the interpretation, making, performance, breach or termination thereof, will be exclusively subject to jurisdiction and venue in the appropriate federal or state courts located in Suffolk County, New York and you and vhf Camfacture AG, it's successors agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts as the exclusive and appropriate venue for such dispute or claim. This Limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws in force in their locality, or your rights against the dealer arising from any direct sales/purchase contract.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Upon discovery of any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity in the Covered Product, the buyer may choose one of the following options for obtaining warranty service and repairs:
- The buyer should contact their reseller to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If a reseller is not available to be reached then the buyer should contact vhf Inc. at DentalSupport@vhf.com
If warranty repairs are determined to be needed and to be made at an authorized service center:
After receiving an RMA number, the buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem, to their reseller or the following repair and service facility: vhf Inc. 80 Davids Dr. Suite 5 Hauppauge NY 11788. We recommend that the buyer insure it and send it return receipt requested. We accept no liability for products lost, damaged or misplaced in shipment.
NOTICE TO BUYER: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.
If the buyer disagrees over either's performance under the terms of this warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to DentalSupport@vhf.de. The buyer shall not be responsible for expenses incurred in submitting a dispute for resolution under the terms of this paragraph. The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution under this paragraph before pursuing any legal remedies to which he or she may be entitled.
