that we ship to each partner are limited.
– When returning the used spindle in the context
of the refurbish process, you will receive a
partial credit less reseller discount provided
that the spindle only shows normal traces of
usage and wear.
– Please mention explicitly on the RMA form that
you wish to be credited with the above amount.
In order to maintain a proper stock level, we kindly
ask you to send in the used spindle within 3 months.
